In our “Deals,” Hubspot has now added a notation for each deal that says “Inactive for ___ days.” This is NOT useful for us.
Hubspot also automatically assigns a “close date” for each deal. Also not useful for us. We can go in and delete the close date after the deal is created, but it’s a time-waster.
Please allow us to change the settings so that we can delete these defaults.
The auto-close date setting is very risky for us as well - we would love to be able to turn this funciton off.
As a homebuilder, we start deals months ahead of when they will close, and the default is by month end which can cause serious alarms to go off for our closing team. Really need the default to be blank.
Agree that the Inactive feature is also less than helpful for us.
Color coding on the other hand, would be seriously helpful - or defining properties that show on the deal cards.
