One of my sales team members has requested that we set the country code for phone numbers to USA so that he does not have to select it every time. I cannot find where this setting lives. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
To set the default country code to USA in HubSpot, go to Account Settings > Properties > Phone Number field. HubSpot doesn’t provide a direct option to set a default country code, but you can use custom fields or validation rules for phone number formatting (e.g., +1). For automatic country code selection, consider integrating a third-party form builder like Typeform or JotForm with HubSpot.
When I open the phone number entry field, if it’s set to automatically format number, US is the default country, but I’m in Canada and it would be nice to be able to change that in the settings.
