Sessions in HubSpot

I’ve been analysing some UTM-specific traffic using the Traffic Analytics tool in HubSpot. I’ve been noticing some discrepencies in Sessions between HubSpot and Google Analytics. I’ve researched to try and understand exactly what a HubSpot session is, but am struggling to fully wrap my head around it.

Would anyone be able to enlighten me into exactly what a HubSpot Session is? and also how there can be many Sessions but no Session Lengths?

In HubSpot, sessions encompass a series of analytics activities taken by a visitor to your website. Activities can include page views, CTA clicks, events, and more. A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

I think, if you go thorugh this Knowledge Article, you would find it really helpful and might even solve your concerns.
