Are email phone text and a part of your sequences?

Yes, emails can be automated, the rest set up as tasks which would have to be completed manually, see here: Create and edit sequences

thess are all the available actions in sequences
Only emails are to be send automatically, the rest of the actions are to be done by the rep.
If you want to send text sms this would be done with Workflows, not sequences for the moment.
