Including sequance in an existant email thread would improve my work so much more. During the sales process, there are moments when the prospect stops reacting and that is when I`d like to set a sequance in our email thread that will keep reminding him to answer (mostly it happens after a proposal is sent due to internal communication, management approval and so on). Starting a new sequance drives the client to a new email thread instead of helping him find the conversation and details of the deal in a more efficient manner. Getting contant reminders of where we left off, makes it so much easier to respond. Also starting a new email thread with a sequance makes it so obvious that it`s an automatic email, which is something we all want to avoid.
Any updates on this feature being developed? I’m surprised this feature doesn’t exist yet as I struggle to understand the value of sequences to salespeople without it (the whole point of setting a follow up sequence is to bump up the previous thread). Would really appreciate being notified of any progress on this
