Sequence: Forward to Email on Response?

Hello!

Does anyone know if it’s possible to auto-forward responses to a sequence to another email address?

For example, if a lead responds to a sequence, then I may want to forward that to a group list so that someone makes sure to pick up the communication in a timely manner.

Hi @mikeb123,

There aren’t any options to do this in HubSpot but you could set up auto-forwarding directly in your inbox (Gmail, Outlook etc) and automatically forward emails with subject lines that match your sequences:
