I started the SEO Certification Course last week. Now, it only shows the completion check marks for one section. How can I regain and save my progress? It does not even give me the option to take the exam.
Hi @EHiggins! From what I understand, you completed more of the course, but your progress wasn’t saved. I recommend reloading the course in an incognito/private window or another browser to see if your progress changes. If not, it may have been a browser caching issue that caused the progress to be lost. I’d then recommend clearing your browser cache for all time and then resuming the course. You may need to repeat sections that were not saved automatically.
