Hi, in one account, “sent with hubspot” branding is shown by default. After I created a new account, “sent with hubspot” is absent here (for my pleasure).
So what can cause difference in branding behaviour and is it possible to remove default branding in old account?
Both accounts are free tier.
Hi, @securus. This old community thread discusses this issue in more detail - that text appears on free accounts by default, and can be manually removed. It does not appear for paid accounts, which could explain the difference you’re seeing between the two.
Thanks, but I haven’t paid anything for the new account. Possibly I have accidentally activated a trial period.
I think you’re right. A new trial would open up a fair number of features, and it’s certainly possible removing the default language is one of them.
