Sent/opened emails report by reps

Hello
I’m trying to make a report on sent emails and opened emails by reps. But I can’t combine the data in one report. Ideally it should look like this

HS user	Emails Sent	Emails Opened	Replies # (optional)
Mike	58	21	1
Nick	120	34	2
…	…	..	…

is it possible?

I would also like to know if there is any property by which I could separate emails sent using sequences tool from other 1-to-1 emails in reports.

Hi @VRakitski,

You’re correct, with the regular data source in the custom report builder (Sales emails), it’s not possible to show both in one report. You would have to create one report for opens, one for clicks, as shown below:

If you filter for “Sequence ID is unknown”, that should exclude sequence emails (or vice versa).
