Is it possible to email forms created in HubSpot, or must they be used only on a website?
@JasonLevan you can create a stand alone form and email that link, yes. You can’t embed a form in an email.
I would suggest when doing this, include a text module at the top where you can include your logo, brand name, and any other context for the form.
Create form:
Choose standalone page:
Then add the rich text module to the form:
You’ll have the “share link” option in your embed button on the form builder:
That’s the link you can email.
