Good morning,
unfortunately it is currently not possible
to send an HTML email to an individual contact from
the CRM and then monitor whether it has been opened.
Currently it is only possible to write a normal email.
A Sales HTML Mail is a very important function because
when I have made a cold call I want to send a single,
smartly designed HTML mail to my potential customer and
that is not possible.
