Hi, I currently have a workflow that emails customers with our discount code for the particular month and am hoping to send reminders to myself the day before the email goes out to turn on the discount. Unfortunately right now there are 100’s of contacts in the workflow so when I select Send Internal Email, I receive 100’s of emails from Hubspot reminding me to turn on the discount. Is there a way to send only one Internal Email?

Not out of the box, no. But an easy workaround would be ending your workflow with an if/then branch that checks whether a contact matches one specific email address. You could pick any email address here (out of the contacts to be enrolled). Only if a contact matches the email address should a notification be sent. Since email addresses must be unique, you’re now only receiving one notification. (Just make sure that this email address belongs to a contact that is actually going to be enrolled.)
