Send form response to different recipients

Hi Team,

I am wanting to create a form and have it sent to different mailboxes depending on the response of the user. It’s important that the form content be delivered.

This sounds pretty simple but I haven’t been able to find anything in the Knowledge Base and via the workflow properties. You can obviously choose where the form goes at the form level, but can’t find anything at a workflow level. Can anyone help please?

Hi @ClintonR,

You can set up custom notifications with a workflow like the one below. It’s important to set up re-enrollment exactly as shown in the right sidebar.

In the notification text itself, you can use personalization tokens to build your own notification, I also explained this here.
