Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to send a report in Hubspot as a csv? At the moment its just a view of the report and a clickable link that takes the user to the reports section not the report itself. Be more useful if it was a csv file or some sort of excel file.

That’s currently not possible, spreadsheets are not among the formats that can be selected when setting up report / dashboard emails: Share or export reports and dashboards

I have tried using the solution you have described here, but my system admin has informed me that their security/privacy policy led to a decision to block access to it. Their reasoning was that being able to send reports as files opened a risk that users would be able to effectively export Customer PII data. Do you know if there is a way to secure against this in a more granular way?

You can send HubSpot reports as CSV using Skyvia (HubSpot CSV/Excel Import & Export Automatically - Skyvia). It also supports scheduling for export if needed.
