Segment by clicks on a form

Hi, I’m creating a nurturing strategy and based on what people clicked on a form I want to trigger a workflow for them to recieve an email about that topic. Can this be done? The part where I segment people by option clicked on a form?

Hi @MariaDuenas,

Do you mean which choice the contact makes in a property with selection options?

If so, you would do the following:

  1. Enroll contacts into the workflow based on the form submission:
  2. Add a branch (and/or branch) and create one branch per selected option: Use branches in workflows
  3. In each branch, add an automated email suitable for that choice: Send automated emails in workflows
