It would be good to be able to report on performance of a goal brokwn down by nested team. We have a quarterly main team revenue target, but would like to see the contribution to the goal by user and nested team. This doesn’t seem possible to do at the moment - the goal only shows contributions from main team members (not extra team members). We can instead create a report that shows revenue by nested team but that doesn’t include the goal on it.
HubSpot suggested adding each nested team to the goal we had set up for the main team, but this makes us add a monetary target which we don’t have for each nested team. I divided the main goal by the number of nested teams and entered that so we can at least see the revenue achieved by each team, but then we only see separate progress bars for each team - ideally I want a bar chart broken down by team that shows progress towards the goal.
