Hi there,

we are remodeling our data structure and are wondering how to best implement it into our daily doing.
Due to time constraints a full migration is not possible, which is why we were wondering if we could just turn the sandbox where we are currently building the API and Structure could be “activated” and used as a second HubSpot environment?
Or if we need to subscribe to a new Hub/Suite?
Open for suggestions

so the sandboxes and test account are only work environments

and cannot become a fully active CRM itself.

If you are willing to start all over

you could open a new portal. Although this 'd mean loosing your historic data.

You can backup the info in you current portal and push the changes from the sandbox into production.

Then take the time to clean up/purge the “old” information structure.

This process could be big and time consuming, but in the long term advisable.

as I mentioned before
