We have the problem that we store many companies in Hubspot that have multiple domains. Currently, there is no satisfactory solution to ensure that they are not created twice.
Current suggestions from the community managers are to either append the domains to the company name or to use a separate field where the search is enabled => However, this no longer works the duplicate check when entering a new contact or company, which makes much more sense to us, so we write the additional domains in the appropriate fields (hs_additional_domains). However, the general search does not work here.
My suggestion would be to include the additional domains in the general search.
