We are attempting to migrate to HubSpot knowledge base. We have many articles with codeblocks in them. Some of these codeblocks are very long horizontally. With our other knowledge base provider these codeblocks become independently scrollable horizontally. Whereas the HubSpot templates push the formatting of the whole page to be very wide. This effect essentailly breaks the page for us. I have not seen the ability to adjust this parameter, or input our own tempaltes in order to solve this. So I am suggesting that the code blocks defualt to having a scrollbar. I’ve attatched two screenshots. One of the zendesk functionality we desire, and the other of the current HubSpot formatting that stretches the page.
