Is it possible to connect more than one calednar to scheduling a meeting. I can see round robin, but I can only make it work where it shows one calendar at a time. I want it to show all three calednar in case there is already time booked out for one of the sales reps that a prospect might be interested in.
From what I can tell, the round-robin assigns the next person in sequence and only shows that person’s calendar. If they’re busy at 12:00, the slot isn’t shown—even if another connected calendar is free at 12:00.
I was hoping it would still offer 12:00 and route the booking to whoever is available, but it seems locked to the next person’s single calendar. Is that the intended behaviour, and is there a way to surface team-wide availability instead?
HubSpot will automatically check the custom availability you set in the scheduling page’s availability settings against the selected team members’ integrated calendars and block off busy times when none of the selected team members are available. If a user has multiple integrated calendars, HubSpot will check this custom availability against all the calendars.
When booking a round robin meeting, contacts can select any time when one of the selected team members is available.
I have read them, and also tried setting it up with multiple calendars but he keeps just chossing one calendar at a time. maybe need to play around a bit more with it, thank you for the help.
@LKelman when you say “multiple calendars”, it sounds like you’re doing something different than setting up a round robin meeting link.
Can you confirm that you created a meeting link of the type round robin? Do all users added to that link have an assigned sales seat? If yes, this article helps with finding out why times are not shown as available: Troubleshoot calendar availability for meetings
