No, sandboxes are an enterprise level feature, see the info box at the beginning of this article: Create a sandbox and deploy changes to production

@Muhammed-Elamir unfortunately not possible on the professional tier. It is an enterprise feature and unfortunately there aren’t any ways got access to those functionalities without upgrading to enterprise.
