We started using the same object associations labels (as Company-Company, e.g. Company-Partner) and would like to create a report to see how many companies have associated Partners and who they are. But this is not possible neither with the reports, nor with the lists, like it is with the orher types of associations Company-Contact, or Deal. Please add capability to report on the same object associations.
Please solve this! Same-object associations loose thier value if we can’t report on these associations. I need to report on how many childern each parent company has that fits certain filters. Unfortunately, since both the parent and child companies are the same object type we can’t show associations between them on a custom report. This should be a feature: being able to create a custom report that shows same-object Associations.
YES! This is standard functionality in Salesforce.com and there is no technical reason I can think of for not having this available. I wonder if this is a “feature” Hubspot sells for an upcharge? If that’s the case, boy oh boy…
