In Hubspot , under integrations-> Salesforce, there is section which shows ’ Allocated To Hubspot ', if we reduce the API hits to a specific digit , will it affect the frequency of sync happening ?.
for eg: for developer account (Salesforce) API limit is 15000, and the value in hubspot against the ’ Allocated To Hubspot ’ is reduced from the above number , is this is going to change the frequency at which the sync happens (usually 15 min is the time , does this action make it change )?.

No, the Allocated to HubSpot setting is just the cap on the number calls the HubSpot connector can use within 24 hours. If you still have availabel calls, it will not affect the frequency of syncs.
