We had a previous sync between HubSpot and a custom object in Salesforce. The custom object API Name was updated in Salesforce and now there is a sync error occuring for all the existing records; even after setting up a new sync instance between HubSpot and the newly renamed custom object in Salesforce.
In the Property Value Errors page, if I click on the link under the Affected Records column I see a way to export the errors to a CSV. Looking at that report I see that the HubSpot Object Id column is blank.
This article outlines the most common sync errors in the Salesforce–HubSpot integration:
Based on your description, it doesn’t appear that any of the listed error types directly match your scenario. Thank you Tzuriel, I went ahead and just fixed by removing my original sync. Then, resynced and remapped. Because the prior records were already tied to each other, I had to remove the records in HubSpot and Salesforce and then reinsert to get a clean slate. Since they were both custom objects for a new process and under 200 records, I just didn’t without engaging HubSpot Support.
