For daily use of messages. Option to turn messages off automatically, when there’ no users online, so the chat bubble is not visible on our website at those times. Timeout users from messages after a period of inactivity in Hubspot.
Ability to have an overview and statistics on the messages.
Overview, to show who else in your organisation is online and how long they’ve been idle and online.
Stats on how many chats were initiated per person, avg chat time.
Ability to share content from ‘Files’ in the chat.
