It seems there is a technical glitch with exercise 1 as many members have reported. We cant complete this and needs to be looked into.

Would you mind clarifying exactly what is happening? Is there an error message? If you have any screenshots that you can share these will also help us to investigate further.
Could you also try clearing your cache and cookies for all time following those steps, and also try again with another browser? Does it change anything?
