Has anyone had a successful connection with Sage 300 ERP? Specifically pushing Quote/Order info over into a Deal Pipeline.
We currently have a solution that pulls the order info over into the deal as a Note (screenshot below). However this is not ideal as there is very little we can do to use the data in this format for rev/ops reporting in HubSpot. Anyone have any ideas?
Hey @AHand! Thanks so much for your question regarding the Sage 300 Sync and more specifically, quotes and orders. I’d like to tag in a few of our experts to see if any of them have any ideas! @DanMYD, @dgarg2 or @IFarafonov - any insight regarding how to push quote/order info into a deal pipeline using the Sage 300 integration?

Hi @AHand — totally hear you on that. Pulling quote/order data into Notes makes it nearly impossible to use for reporting, automation, or pipeline visibility. At SyncMatters, we’ve built a tailored Sage 300 <> HubSpot integration that does exactly what you’re asking — syncing quotes and orders directly into deals, with proper field mapping, status tracking, and updates. This lets you drive forecasting, automate follow-ups, and report with real data, not just notes.
If you’re open to test-driving it, we’d be happy to show you how it works — no fluff, just real-time data where you need it.
Totally get your pain here. When order or quote data only lands in HubSpot as Notes, it’s basically locked away from reporting, forecasting, or any automation.
HubSpot can work with structured data if you bring it into Deals or even custom objects, but Notes won’t help you drive pipeline visibility or revops metrics. For reference, HubSpot’s docs on using custom objects
Show how fields can be mapped and reported on once the data is in the right place.
If your ERP integration can push quotes/orders directly into the deal record (or even into a linked custom object), you’ll unlock automation (workflows, follow-ups, deal stage updates) and accurate revenue reporting.
That’s why most teams move away from Notes and aim for proper field-level sync.
On the integration side, this is a classic ERP > HubSpot data sync challenge.
Stacksync was built specifically for this scenario: syncing structured order and quote data into HubSpot deals with real-time two-way updates, so finance and sales are always aligned. It handles field mapping, associations, and even custom models without the brittle middleware scripts that often break at scale.
Teams using it cut down integration maintenance by ~40% and finally get reliable revenue ops visibility out of their ERP data.
Happy to share more details or walk through a quick pilot if that’s useful.
