I wish there was an option to change the arrow color for custom reports that use Compare By fields. The goal is that there are metrics that, when they decrease, have a positive effect.
Example: Average close time comparison charts by time. The shorter the closing time, the better, so the arrow should be green and not red.
Agreed, my down signals for reduced time to close support tickets is Red 
Am new to hubspot but can’t believe you can’t change the colour of a trend arrow in a kpi chart depending on whether a reduction/increase is good or bad
Agreed, the colors do not make sense for the average closing time and average response time summary metrics.
Especially for support purposes, you want to be able to change this. Currently a rise in tickets or close time is shown as positive, when obviously, from the Support point of view, it isn’t.
