Working in Public Sector, we have numerous teams that need access to all contacts with some exception. We do have some segments that should be accessible by only one team. If we add to the teams permission sets they can view all contacts, there’s no way to restrict a specified segment from view. Even if we add to the permission set teams can only view their teams owned contacts and unassigned, that doesn’t allow for them to see the other teams contacts.
Example:
Team 1
Team 2
Team 3
Private Team
Team 1, 2, and 3 should be able to see all contacts (owned or unassigned) of each others teams, but none of those teams should be able to see the Private Teams contacts.
