It’s frustrating to have new contact/company records populated with significant amounts of missing information through the Outlook integration.
Emailing a new lead automatically creates a contact record, but with basically only the email and company information. This means we miss out on a lot of the data we need/want -- including everything that is required when creating a contact manually in HubSpot. It’s hard to build good processes and maintain data integrity when that is the easiest path to creating new contacts.
Please require all required properties when creating a new contact/company from an integration!
