It seems to me like the reporting tools are reducing functionality and making them intentionally lighter in compute and storage and bandwidth rather than serving for the user. The Dashboard design looks so streamlined its bare suddenly and features and filters and options I’ve had for years just disappear.
It seems like reporting was a key push two years ago and has no real roadmap at this point. What is everyone else seeing in the reporting products trend?
For example Zoho reporting is now easier to use and has far less limitations at a much cheaper price point.
Hi @jschroeffel,
Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. I understand how disruptive it can be when a workflow you’ve relied on for years starts to look or work differently. It would be great to hear how others in the community are experiencing the reporting tools lately.
Please feel free to include any specific filters or features that have gone missing for you, and which reports you lean on most, so other folks from the community can compare notes.
Here are a few resources that could be helpful for double-checking what’s currently supported:
Additionally, if there’s a specific feature you’d like to see added, the Ideas forum is the best place to submit a feature request and get it in front of the product team. The Ideas Forum Users’ Guide covers how to search for existing ideas and submit a new one.
Looking forward to hearing other’s thoughts on this!
