I’m working on the email subscription preference template in Design Manager. I created a child theme.
I tried to replace the header image but it didn’t show up my own image. Is there anyone who knows what the issue is here, please?
This is the default image: Design Manager | HubSpot
This is the image that I wanted to replace with: Design Manager | HubSpot
Hey, @JFAN5 Did you get this worked out? If not, can you add screenshots and any other details that might be helpful? You didn’t do anything wrong. It because neither our community members nor myself can access your portal or its Desing Manager.
Thanks for your reply.
My problem has gone. I think there is some delay for the change to reflect on the user end.
At first, when I clicked “Live preview with display options”, I couldn’t see the change I made. Only if I clicked “Preview without display options”, I saw the change.
Thanks again!
There’s a couple places you could check to troubleshoot this.
When you preview your template from the design manager, is your image showing up?
If it is, check the system pages settings to make you have the child theme’s system page set as the default. It does not automatically switch when you change the default theme for your website. System pages are found in Settings > Website > Pages > System Pages.
If it is not, are you using the public link for the image? The images you linked above are gated because we’re not signed into your portal.
Is your html formatted correctly?
If you could share code snippets or screenshots, I’d have a better idea of what’s happening.
Thanks for your reply.
