Is there a way/setting to keep Hubspot from logging the same email over & over & over every time a new response is sent/received? It’s a nightmare to weed through all the email activity when looking for something specific. Why can’t it just lump the email thread together like Outlook does so you can see the full email thread all at one time? Help!

How are you sending your emails and to whom?
If you send 121 emails either via extension or from within HubSpot, responses are threaded - and I think that is a default setting (see screenshot below), at least I don’t remember setting this up anywhere.

Thank you for responding! We send emails straight from HubSpot … & also from Outlook with extension to HubSpot. Unfortunately the screenshot is not showing in your response. Can you try to show that again, please?
