I am currently both changing report filters and names on a specific dashboard. I keep running into the same issue - I will change the filters on a report, click Update Existing Report, and the filters are set. I then rename the report, and the filters revert back to what they were before I changed them.

Can you confirm that you don’t accidentally have the report editor open multiple times? Have you tried clearing cache / cookies to rule out any issues based on that?
If that’s not working, try cloning the report and working off the the new one - if the original assets is broken in some way or form, cloning it might solve the issue.
If it doesn’t, I would consider it a bug and would recommend that you reach out to HubSpot support in-app directly via chat or email. This is a user-to-user community here where users don’t have access to your portal.
