Is there a way to get campaigns or ads data via HubSpot’s API call?

I’d recommend checking out what is possible using the Analytics API. It’s basically returning the same data you would find within the source reporting within the portal and you can pull metrics for certain campaigns and other sources.
Admittedly it might not return everything that you require but it’s the closest you can get using what is accessible via the APIs at present!
