Record ID not recognized on import

Hi there,

As you can see on the following screenshot, I’m trying to make an import to bulk change some contacts, but the Record ID is not recognized:

I don’t understand how it’s possible, since I called the column “Record ID” as it is asked in the documentation: Deduplicate records in HubSpot

Hi @RSaillant,

You should be able to map the Record ID unter the Import as > Contact properties dropdown. It’s the second option in the first dropdown of your screenshot.

Question: Is it possible to reset the record id number to start at single digits as opposed to 7 digits?
