Hi,
I would really like record customisation for the lead object.
Main reason being is so we can see custom views on the mobile app. Currently you have to go into the contact record to see property updates.

I completely agree, better record customization for Leads on the mobile app would be a huge productivity boost for teams on the go.
In the meantime, there is an active feature request for better visibility and layout management for this object. I highly recommend adding your vote and use case to this thread: Customize Lead Card and Layout Options.
The product team monitors the Ideas Forum closely, and more votes definitely help move these updates up the roadmap!
