This is exactly what we need! We have special pricing for very large clients, plus government pricing, and partner pricing. I need to set up the same line items 6 times with different pricing (with different SKUs to identify the pricing model).
I even tried to use the ‘currency’ fields - but this interfered with the pricing on contracts.
The ability to be able to ‘name’ different pricing on the same line item would save us hours and hours of work in maintenance (if we change the description of an item - we need to change it in 6 different locations).
We also have the same issue, we need Homemarket pricing and export pricing in differnt currencies but we need both of these price lists in the main currencies. Currenlty we have hyjacked other currencies that use the same currency sign but this is not ideal and we will need to add to these pricelists in future. We don’t want to have duplicate SKUs either, it makes things so messy. Being able to create multiple ‘pricelists’ would solve this issue and shouldn’t be too hard to implement.
We are having the same issue. We need multiple price lists for homemarket, distrubution, export etc using the same currency. We don’t want to have duplicate items in our product libary as this would be too messy. This is posing a real problem for us using a number of different pricing structures that we have for different customers. Having the functionality of muliple ‘pricelists’ that we could use for deals and quotes would resolve this.
