I have created a property and am attempting to use radio buttons for the information to be captured in HS. However, when I go back to the form the radio buttons do not appear and instead the defined answers show up as a pull-down menu. Anyone have insight or suggestions?

Dis you accidentally select a drop-down instead of radio select? You can double check by looking up the property under Settings > Properties.
If the property isn’t in use anywhere (removed from the form) you can change the type. Alternatively, you could create a new one: Create and edit properties
