I’m trying to set up pricing in my account for a software product that we’re seling but the tricky part is, the price of the product is based on the volume of purchased licenses (the more you buy, the lower the pricing) with 3 tiers (<150k at $1, 150-500k at $.75 and >500k at $.5).
If possible, I want to avoid having to add the different products with different prices for each of the tiers. I was wondering if there was a way that, when I create a quotation and input the number of licences bought, the amount will be calculated automatically on the quotation?
TL;DR, I have a volume based product. If you buy under 150k units of thtat product, you pay $1 each. If you buy over 150k units, you pay $.75 each. What I want to achieve is that when:
I generate a quote and say they bought 149k of this product, the quote will say the total is $149k
I generate a quote and say they bought 151k of this product, the quote will say the total is $113.25k
If not possible, what’s the recommendation to make the quotation process pain-free?
Unfortunately, the request for the quote currently is not the default functionality in HubSpot. However, this can be achieved with some custom work in the HubSpot Quotes to modify the functionality.
If you want my team members can do this for you, obviously it would be a chargeable service.

Do you use Stripe by any chance? If you do, you can use Zaybra to accurately calculate volume prices and send them to HubSpot. There’s some documentation on how that works here.
