At the momnet the Total amount on the quote doesn’t allow you to equal the TCV when the you change the term i.e. monthly, quaterly etc.

Please God, yes, this is so needed. This lack of functionality makes the quoting tool unusable for us because the customer needs to agree to and cut a purchase order for the total contract value, which is the sum of all of the monthly payments for the term. I don’t understand what the point of having billing frequency and term is, if you can’t then calculate the contract or quote total.
We are transitioning to a new SAAS based pricing system and the quote tool makes it unusable for this purpose and we now have to go down the Docusign route - such a simple thing but seems its been waiting for years

Thanks for the Update Alvin. i noticed some recent updates that didn’t include the TCV fixes, are their more updates to come to address this?
This still doesn’t seem to have been resolved. It’s incredibly frustrating and I almost think I must be missing something. Do not all of your customers need this functionality now? All of the suggested work arounds (like using One Off Billing Frequency, at which point you lose all MRR data, or putting comments in the area below or above the Product Table), result in a confused and arguably unreadable quotation. You seem to have produced something more akin to an invoice for the first billing period, not a quotation for the full product / service.
Weirdly when going through the quotation building process you DO display the TCV, why can’t that simply flow through to the quotation?
Yes, we finally got the TCV on the quote building page, but not on the quote itself. It’s half finished. Would be so nice if we could actually get TCV on the quotes themselves since the whole point is show the TCV to the customer.
