How do I add a signature in a quote template??
Hey @FFriends
When you’re working with quote templates in HubSpot, there are two types of signature options you can use:
1. Dynamic Signature Module (the HubSpot default one):
<div class="signature_wrapper signature">
{% module "signature" path="@hubspot/quote_signature" %}
</div>
This is the built-in module HubSpot provides. It’s dynamic
meaning it automatically pulls the buyer’s and seller’s signatures from the quote details. You don’t have to manually add anything here. It’s smart enough to fill in the right people based on the quote you’re sending out.
2. Static Signature (custom design you shared):
<div class="sign-name">
<div class="sign-name-img" style="margin-left: 20px;">
<img style="width: 120px;transform: rotate(20deg);"src="Image">
</div>
<div style="width: 200px; background: #000;height: 1px;margin-top: -10px;margin-bottom: 15px;"></div>
<span class="esignature__signer-name"><b>Full Name</b></span>
<br>
<span>Job Title</span>
</div>
This one is a static signature block. It’s great if you want a custom-designed signature and don’t need it to change based on the quote. You just replace the placeholders with your image URL, name, and title and you’re good to go.
