Quote status trigger

Hello,

All our quotes need to be Esigned by the buyer. Once a quote is signed, I want to update the status of the associated deal / contact.

I cannot find any quote status field for the entries “pending signature” or “pending payment” (as shown in the quote scorecard).

The only available quote status is “Quote approval status”, which is something totally different.
Any ideas on where to find the Quote status field for a workflow?

Hi @FHugi,

That information is stored in the property ESign date (“The date and time the document was signed by all signers”).

If there is a value in this field (= known), it means that all signers have signed.
