Last Friday, our team had discovered quite a pressing issue with our Quotes in HubSpot. Those Quotes that were sent out via link to customers (that were far from expiration date and included any stage of the sales process; including fully executed documents) now populate a 404 Page not Found Error like that of the image below.
As I mentioned, this impacted all of those that went as far as being published, were pending signature and even the signed quotes in our org. None of these quotes were ever recalled and edited before this error had started to appear, so our team is concerned as to how there is a 404 error occurring…
Has anyone else run into an issue such as this one? We have temporarily, been recalling and republishing the quotes to ensure that they are at least visible to the customers but the issue has not resolved itself.
Thank you for reaching out - I’m sorry this is happening to you!
I can see you have access to support and that you have an open ticket with the technical support team that is being looked at - continuing partnering with them will be the best next step!
I’ve noticed it happens only with specific internet service providers. (I’m in Argentina)
In my cases, quote’s links are populating 404 error messages when accessing via Claro’s cell phone network. Other networks like Movistar (cell phone as well) or wi-fi are working correctly.
Seems to be a DNS problem on the IPS side.
Thank you for your insightful observation and the helpful details regarding the specific context. Since the links work correctly on other networks or browsers (such as Movistar and Wi-Fi), this generally suggests that the issue may be related to the particular network or browser you are testing on.
Would you be able to confirm whether you have attempted the troubleshooting steps of clearing the cache on the browser that is experiencing the problem? If the issue continues, could you please check if the network settings or browser configurations differ in any way? For example, are there any cookie blocks, ad or script blockers, VPN extensions, or other modifications?
If the problem persists after these steps, I may recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly, as they may be able to provide a more concrete solution!
I hope this helps point you in the right direction!
