I’m reaching out to many prospects outside of my own timezone. I am therefore using the “Send Later” feature in one-time emails to schedule emails to be sent at the ideal time for my prospects to read them.
When I use the “Best time to send within 24 hours” or any of the other options, does that mean my email will be sent in my recipient’s timezone?
Also, if it does send in my recipient’s timezone, does it use the Company timezone field or what attribute does it associate timezone with?
Could someone answer this please?
So, HubSpot uses AI to send at the time with the highest open rate percentage in the next 24 hours - so yes it should be based on the contact’s timezone.
In regards to the timezone, the email will be sent based on the recipient’s IP time zone. This is automatically done by HubSpot via the ‘properties’ section. Any contact that has no value for this property will receive the email in your account time zone.
Is it possible to manually add a fixed sending time, that is not already suggestet by hubspot? We normally use 9am instead of 8am and would like to avoid having to use the custom field each time?
