Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I am here because I want to know if anyone knows of a way to integrate a QR application. I see that the most downloaded one, QR TIGER, requires Marketing Enterprise Hub, and the thing is, right now, we don’t have it, and I want to avoid having to upgrade the plan just for one integration. I would like to know if anyone knows of an alternative solution or another application that allows me to track QR interactions within HubSpot.
Thanks!
Hey @Geardo_Muro - thanks for posting in the Community!
I’d like to tag in some experts to see if they have any suggestions for us! @karstenkoehler, @TomM2, and @franksteiner79 - any experience with any QR-based integrations that wouldn’t require an upgrade?

Hello @Geardo_Muro, you can track QR code interactions in HubSpot without upgrading by using tracking URLs and simple redirects instead of a dedicated QR app.
Option 1: HubSpot tracking URLs + any QR app
- Create a tracking URL in HubSpot (Marketing > Reports > Tracking URL Builder), add UTMs like utm_source=qr, utm_medium=print, utm_campaign=event-2025.
- Paste that tracking URL into any free QR generator (not necessarily QR TIGER) and put the QR on your materials; HubSpot will attribute visits and conversions to that tracking URL and campaign.
Option 2: Redirects for non-HubSpot pages
- If the final destination is not a HubSpot page (e.g., YouTube, external form), point your QR to a HubSpot (or your-site) URL that has the tracking code installed, then set up a redirect from that URL to the final destination; scans will still be tracked in HubSpot.
Option 3: Zapier + QR TIGER (no Enterprise)
- If you really want QR TIGER features (dynamic QR, etc.), you can connect QR TIGER to HubSpot via Zapier and send scan events into HubSpot as custom properties or engagements, which works on lower tiers but adds some automation complexity.
This way you avoid upgrading to Marketing Hub Enterprise and still see which scans, pages, and forms came from each QR.

Hi @Geardo_Muro ,
we ran into the same issue. As a workaround, we recommend using ChatGPT, Canva, or Figma — all of them include solid QR code generators, and chances are your team is already using one of these tools anyway. No plan upgrade needed, and the setup is quick and straightforward.
The only trade-off is that you won’t get native interaction tracking inside HubSpot this way. If tracking scans is essential, you could pair the generated QR code with a UTM-tagged landing page URL — that way you can still monitor traffic and conversions through HubSpot’s reporting.
Hope this helps!
With Canva Integration you can build a very solid QR Code production workflow between HubSpot and Canva and save some time uploading image files to HubSpot.
