Prospecting Workspace Email Response - OOO

Hi All,

Setting up my company on the Prospecting workspace and Ive come in to a question that has probably been asked before so apologies. But when we get an email response it will straight away go to Connected. However I have tried to test it in the sandbox but can’t. Does hubspot not set it to connected if the email response is an automated out of office response. If not how can I set it up to ensure so.

HubSpot tries to determine whether a reply is an out-of-office and ignore it, when possible. This is documented specifically for sequences but should also be the case in other areas of the tool: Unenroll contacts from a sequence
