we are trying to achieve this:
“when we insert a note in the deal, we would automatically associate this note to the contact, without doing manual association in the deal note.”
I’ve asked to Hubspot support and they said me at this time associations cannot be established automatically or via regular workflows.
It may be a very helpful feature to add a general setting where we can “automatically associate notes and logged activities between contacts and deals” , because our sales department often forgets to make manual associations between deal notes and contact notes.
