It would be great if Property history could be more integrated into Hubspot, for instance when creating a Report or Workflow, one could have the ability to track when and WHO made a change in a property.
For example when a specific contact’s property is modified I would like to know who has the last user that modified such property and be able to include that information in a Report, right now handling property source information is quite limited and not available when exporting a report.
Another alternative would be to allow in a Workflow action, that when a given property gets modified, capture the information on WHO made such change so to trigger and action using that information.
Yes, that’s exactly what we found out. And it’d be great if this could be possible, since it’s already possible to choose the change date from a property as well as the property change itself.
It would be really helpful to get an overview of which source made changes to a certain property, this will allow us to find out which sources are feeding data into the system and quickly get an overview if we need to change a specific source. This will also get us an overview of how the platform is being used by people within the team.
the property history from Settings > Properties shows the historic values but not the user who changed it, that data is only available from the record itself by clicking on the Details button next to the property value. It is necessary to have this information available on this file to better track user activity.
