I think adding a “Former Customer” option in the Lifecycle Stage field (for both companies and contacts) would make a lot of sense.
Agreed, this honestly seems more useful than Evangelist as a standard. I’d also like Employee as one, so you can use it to easily limit out employees in many workflows.
